We have a way of treating people, refined over more than five decades, that happens to unfold in steps. This page is what working with ILT Vignocchi feels like, beginning to complete, and why our clients so often stay for decades after the “process” is over.

The Conversation
It starts with a conversation, usually by phone or video, where we explain how we work and learn what you are hoping for. Then we come to you. The site visit is not a sales call; it is entirely about your property and your life on it. How you entertain. Where the sun finds you with your coffee. What has always bothered you and what you have never dared to want out loud. We are there to listen, not to talk over you.
The Design
Our in-house landscape architects turn the conversation into a design you can actually experience: drawings in 2D, then a full 3D model you can walk through before committing a dollar to construction. Revisions are part of the plan, not an inconvenience. When the design is right, you will know, because it will look like the life you described.
The Build
Engineering, permits, scheduling, and construction, managed by us and executed by our own crews with trusted specialty partners where they belong. You get clear communication at every turn, a site kept respectfully, and the particular confidence of watching people work who know the designer personally and answer to the family directly.
The Years After
The de-stress stage, we call it. The work ends, the worry ends with it, and our care team steps in so the landscape only gets better from here. You have not bought a project; you have begun a long relationship with people who will know your property, and you, by name.
The Series Collection: Three Levels, One Standard
Every landscape begins with vision, but not every vision requires the same scale. Our design-build work is organized into three clear levels, so projects of every scope get the depth of planning they deserve.
Signature Series
Refined enhancements executed with intention: custom patios and terraces, outdoor kitchens, front entry renovations, fire features, integrated plantings, lighting, and defined outdoor living spaces. A Signature project stands alone beautifully or begins a larger master plan.
Heritage Series
Comprehensive property transformations: full backyard reimagination, pool integration, significant masonry, multi-zone outdoor living, grading and site reconfiguration, and full-property planting, lighting, and irrigation strategies, often in collaboration with your architect or builder.
Legacy Series
Estate-level landscape architecture designed for generational impact: complete master planning, multi-acre development, custom stone programs, water features, garden structures, and long-term stewardship planning. Legacy landscapes are not simply constructed. They are composed.
