Bring the Heart of the Home Outside
In the Vignocchi family, the kitchen has never been just where food happens. It is where everyone ends up. A custom outdoor kitchen brings that gravity outside: the grill conversation, the long table, the meal that stretches into night. We design and build cooking spaces people gather around, not just cook in.

Dinner Tastes Different Under an Open Sky
An outdoor kitchen has to satisfy two masters: the cook, who needs counters, fuel, storage, and shelter from the wind, and the property, which deserves something better than an appliance island in the grass.
As your outdoor kitchen contractor, we resolve both. Masonry that matches the home, utilities routed invisibly, prep and serving space where they belong, and the whole station positioned so the cook is never exiled from the party.
What Your Outdoor Kitchen Can Include
01
Grill Stations and Smokers
Cook facing your guests instead of a wall, with room for a brisket that starts at dawn.
02
Counters, Storage, and Prep Space
Everything within arm’s reach, so nobody has to run back inside for a knife or the salt.
03
Bars and Serving Ledges
A place to lean with a drink, because someone always keeps the cook company.
04
Pizza Ovens and Specialty Additions
Everyone builds their own, and dinner becomes the entertainment.
05
Shelter, Heat, and Light
Dinner outside in October, and nobody heading indoors just because the sun did.
06
Refrigeration and Ice
No coolers on the ground, no trips inside for another round.

TESTIMONIALS
Trusted for Kitchens That Pull People Outside
“ILT came to our rescue this summer. We were concerned about changes to our landscape due to a capital improvement project by the city. ILT reviewed our documents, contacted the city, and the issues were resolved.
In addition, ILT got us on their schedule within a week to relocate as many plants as possible before construction began. A company doesn’t get any better than this…”

What to Know Before Choosing ILT Vignocchi
-
A custom outdoor kitchen is priced by scope rather than from a list, because it is designed as part of a larger outdoor living space instead of as a standalone island. Materials, appliances, utility runs, and any shelter overhead all move the number. At ILT Vignocchi, outdoor kitchens typically fall within our Signature Series, the entry level of our design-build process, and The Experience page lays out all three levels so you can see where a project like yours would begin. You will have a clear number in hand before any design work is committed.
-
A full outdoor kitchen generally requires a gas line for the grill or cooktop, electrical service for lighting, refrigeration, and outlets, and often a water line for a sink. ILT Vignocchi plans every utility into the design from the first sketch and coordinates installation through licensed partners, so nothing is retrofitted, trenched twice, or left exposed after the fact. Routing those lines early is what separates a built-in kitchen from an appliance parked on a patio.
-
Yes, whenever the timeline allows. An outdoor kitchen works best when the dining area, seating, lighting, shade, and surrounding plantings are designed as one environment rather than added in phases. ILT Vignocchi designs the kitchen alongside the patio, pool, and landscape so sight lines, traffic flow, and materials all agree from the start. That is the difference between an island and a room.
